Throughout
1999, MSLF collaborated with Ming Pao Monthly, a Chinese-language newsmagazine
published in Hong Kong, to produce a series of three special handover supplements
about Macau. The first of these, which came out in May, dealt primarily with
local and regional politics and the future of the SAR; the second came out in
July and covered culture and the arts; the third came out in December and is
dedicated to issues of economy and education in the territory. Prof. K.C. Fok
was the chief editor and Mr. Gary Ngai was a member of the editorial committee
